The buffet is drawn from the menu we cook every day — tandoori off the grill, curries from the Lamb/Goat and Chicken sections, biryani, a full vegetarian spread, and naan coming out hot. It is the easiest way to try a lot of this kitchen in one sitting, which is exactly why we run it at the weekend.
